Information regarding the processing of personal data of persons entering OPTIDATA Sp. Z o.o.

 

Required on the basis of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the European Council from 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Regulation on data protection), hereinafter ‘GDPR’;

We have appointed a Data Protection Officer (IODO). This is the person with whom you can contact in all matters regarding the processing of personal data and the exercise of rights related to data processing. You can contact IODO in the following ways:

We process your personal data, such as identification data (including name and surname), image in the area covered by our visual monitoring and vehicle registration number (if such you enter the Company premises or the area covered by the monitoring), based on Article. 6 clause 1 letter f (GDPR), for purposes arising from our legitimate interests consisting in ensuring the safety of persons and property in our territory as well as possible determination and investigation of potential claims or defence against them. We will store personal data until the above-mentioned interests cease (30 days), and in the event of any claims until the limitation period expires;

 

 

Providing your data is voluntary, however, failure to do so will prevent you from entering/entering the premises of OPTIDATA;

 

 

The recipients of personal data are our employees authorised to process personal data and access to your data, due to the type of official duties entrusted to them, entities to whom we have commissioned services related to the processing of personal data (such entities process data based on the entrustment agreement concluded with us and in accordance with our instructions), as well as other entities, including courts and authorities, to which OPTIDATA is obliged or authorised to provide your data pursuant to legal provisions;

 

We do not transfer your data outside of the EU / European Economic Area.

As regards the processing of your data, we will not be able to make automated decisions, including profiling;

 

You have the right to:

  • access your personal data;
  • request for rectification or supplementation;
  • request their removal in the event of circumstances indicated in art. 17 GDPR;
  • restrict the processing of personal data in the event of circumstances indicated in art. 18 of the GDPR;
  • file a complaint to the supervisory body; the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

 

You also have the right to object to the data processed by you which we process on the basis of our legitimate interest.
