OPTIDATA at TransLogistica Poland 2025 – event report and conclusions

On November 4-6, 2025, the OPTIDATA team participated in TransLogistica Poland 2025, the largest TSL industry event in Central and Eastern Europe. During three days of meetings at the EXPO XXI center in Warsaw, we discussed digitization, automation, and technologies that have a real impact on the efficiency of logistics, transport, and warehousing.

Our booth was the venue for intensive discussions with representatives of manufacturing, logistics, and distribution companies from all over Poland. This year, we were accompanied by our co-exhibitor, Meferi, with whom we jointly presented the possibilities of modern technologies supporting the digital transformation of enterprises.

The TransLogistica Poland 2025 trade fair once again confirmed its status as one of the most important meeting points for the TSL industry. Leaders, decision-makers, and experts gathered in one place to exchange experiences, learn about the latest trends, and establish new business relationships.

During this year's edition, we presented our WMS, TMS, and YMS solutions, as well as systems based on RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) technology.

• WMS Invident – a warehouse management system that increases productivity and precision of operations.
• TMS Falcon – a solution supporting transport planning and monitoring, enabling reduction of costs and delivery times.
• YMS Sophia – a tool for automating yard traffic and managing loading.
• RFID technology in practice – we showed how radio frequency identification technology improves resource tracking and integrates with AI solutions, supporting intelligent decision-making.

Our stand was visited by dozens of company representatives, who were able to see firsthand how OPTIDATA systems help increase the efficiency of processes in logistics, production, and distribution.

Key takeaways from TransLogistica Poland 2025

TransLogistica Poland 2025 is not only a space for presenting technology, but also a place where the directions of development for the entire industry are clearly visible. Three trends were particularly noticeable this year:

• the growing role of automation and WMS/TMS systems,
• interest in integrating RFID with AI solutions,
• the need for real-time data exchange between all links in the supply chain.

Participants emphasized that implementing technology is no longer just an investment in efficiency, but also in safety and the sustainable development of logistics operations.
