OPTIDATA at TransLogistica Poland 2025 – Summary and key takeaways

From November 4–6, 2025, the OPTIDATA team participated in TransLogistica Poland 2025 – the largest TSL industry event in Central and EasternEurope. Over three days at the EXPO XXI Center in Warsaw, we discussed digitization, automation, and technologies that have a real impact on the efficiency of logistics, transportation, and warehousing.

During this year’s edition, we presented our flagship WMS, TMS i YMS systems, as well as solutions based on RFID technology.

• WMS Invident – a warehouse management system that enhances productivity and operational accuracy.
• TMS Falcon – a solution for transport planning and monitoring, reducing delivery costs and lead times.
• YMS Sophia – a tool for automating yard operations and managing loading and unloading.
• RFID technology in practice – we demonstrated how radio-frequency identification improves asset tracking and integrates with AI-driven decision-making.
