Join us on October 14–15 for the "Modern Logistics 2026"conference, organized by Colian Logistics. OPTIDATA is a partner of the event and will participate in the expert sessions focused on digitalization, system integration, and supply chain process security.
The "MODERN LOGISTICS. Automation and Efficiency in Practice" conference will be held at the Hotel Kristoff in Łaszków near Kalisz. The event will be an opportunity to exchange experiences between company representatives and experts in logistics, automation, and digital business transformation.
Modern Logistics 2026 – automation and digitalization of logistics processes
The Colian Logistics conference program focuses on the practical aspects of developing modern logistics. Topics will include logistics automation, IT system integration, data utilization, process security, and increasing operational efficiency.
A key element of the event will also be a discussion on how to build a cohesive digital supply chain. From OPTIDATA's perspective, it is particularly important to connect individual logistics areas through data exchange between the warehouse, transport, and the logistics yard.
OPTIDATA in the digital supply chain panel
October 15, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM will feature a panel discussion: "Digital supply chain – data, systems, and security in practice"
OPTIDATA will be represented by Bartłomiej Jabrocki, Chief Operating Officer at OPTIDATA. The discussion will also feature Katarzyna Ratajczak, Marek Trzeszczkowski, and Andrzej Bekierski. The panel will combine the perspectives of experts from GS1, OPTIDATA, and SNAPCHECK.
The conversation will cover topics such as data standards and quality, IT systems used in logistics, digital security management, and audit processes. Participants will also discuss common mistakes made during digitalization and the first steps to take when planning technological changes.
Integration of WMS, TMS, and YMS – a single data ecosystem
One of the areas that OPTIDATA will address during the panel is the integration of WMS, TMS, and YMS systemsCombining information about warehouse processes, transport planning and execution, and yard management allows for the creation of a cohesive ecosystem that supports daily logistics operations.
The key is not just implementing the right system, but also tailoring it to the company's actual processes and ensuring seamless data exchange with other IT solutions. Errors during the integration phase can lead to additional costs, manual work, and limited process visibility.
Therefore, the digitalization of logistics processes should encompass both technology and the way information flow is organized between different areas of the company.
A practical look at modern logistics
The conference will conclude with a study visit to the Colian Logistic Center in Opatówek. Participants will have the opportunity to see an automated high-bay warehouse in operation and examine the solutions that support the flow of goods and work organization in a real-world logistics environment.
The practical nature of the event will allow for a comparison between the topics discussed during the panels and the solutions currently in use at a modern logistics center.
