The voice solutions provided by our company were prepared based on the products of our strategic partner; an Italian company named IT-Works, which is one of the leaders in the field of VOICE technology.

 

VOICE MODULES IN OUR COMPANY’S SOLUTIONS

 

Our voice solutions consist of the following modules:

  • POWERvoice – software interpreting the defined process algorithm, designed for devices with the Windows CE operating system (a full headset with a microphone is required to fully use all functions).
  • VoiceDesigner – software for graphical modelling of the process algorithm.
  • Speech synthesis module – the use of TTS technology allows you to transform any message from a text form into a voice form.
  • Speech recognition module with the use of ASR technology – this will allow you to minimise the time needed for a new operator to start working with the system. Speech synthesis and recognition modules use the Vo-Ce engine provided by IT-Works.
